The codo was cute and comfortable. Right on the beach! Two condos one had the hot tub, the other had the pool. Although it wasnt more than across the way next year we will be booking for Ram Sea 2 bldg so we're right at the pool

Great View and location! Sea Oats property and pool are very nice. The unit was nice however the unexpected feature was the 9ft (w) x 3 ft (h) opening in the primary bedroom wall that is shared with the living area. There are shutters on the opening but the sound transfers both ways. There is also an opening above the door that looks like it should have a transom window. This also contributes to the lack of privacy. I may have missed this in the description or previous reviews. It didn't really detract from the vacation too much. We had a great time- we saw dolphins from the patio several days. The deck chairs are very nice. They are solid, comfortable and higher which we liked very much.
