We had a last minute booking due to issues with our other rental. Hosts managed to check us in within couple hours, provided a crib for our kid, and personally met us upon check in. The house is beautiful (the deck!), location is great - walking distance to beaches and restaurants, and hosts were very responsive and welcoming. AC was working great, kitchen fully stocked.
