Great apartment. Shops and beach are all close by. Don't be so alarmed with no air conditioning in the unit. I was told a lot of homes in SD don't have AC because you really don't need it. Also, parking is easy and safe. The street around the corner is wide and not very busy at all. Very quiet neighborhood, which I prefer.
