Smith’s cottage was everything we wanted it to be for our family of two littles + one infant. Great outdoor space. Private rooms so we could separate the kids. Very quaint and adorable. Loved the house. Short distance from everything and we could walk to the beach. Overall- highly recommend for families our size. Host was extremely responsive. I never waited more than five min for a response. We rented the pack n play and high chair and it was very convenient. Having a parking spot was great. The partial AC has the place ice cold so don’t worry if that’s a concern.

Cute and cozy - worked well and had everything we needed for our short visit. Very comfy bed, and although we didn't cook there, the kitchen seemed well-stocked. La Jolla Vacation Rentals was great with communications and quickly remedied a minor housekeeping issue upon check-in. And the parking was a godsend - we were usually returning after dark and street parking would have been difficult. Would definitely rent through La Jolla Vacation Rentals again!

Everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The house has been well maintained and the kitchen is well supplied if you like to cook at home.
