We spent 3 day weekend in this duplex house and had wonderful time. It’s a short walk to the beach and 10 min drive to shell beach and sea lions. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Plus a grocery store of 5 min walk . The house is very very clean. AC in every bedroom and worked fine. I only have one suggestion to get rid of Teflon cookware. It’s so unhealthy!

Master bedroom and bath were much larger than expected. The skylights in all rooms on 2nd floor as well the vaulted ceilings made it all the more spacious, roomy and bright. New photos of the living room sofas need to be posted as the current sofas aren’t able to be slept on top of, pillows aren’t removeable. Better yet, replace with a pull out bed.
The side courtyard was a welcome space to enjoy coffee, dine and relax - it was well maintained and fairly private.
Responsiveness was amazing - via text and then in person quickly and efficiently handle a maintenance issue.
Overall, I would recommend this rental and plan to stay again in the future.
