Great location with lots of nearby dining. Having the beach right across the street was perfect.

This was our second year staying at OB Pier 1, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about our stay.
One of the biggest reasons this place works so well for our family is that our son is disabled, and the location makes it incredibly easy for us to access everything we need. Being able to get around easily and have restaurants, shops, the beach, and other activities so close by makes such a difference for us.
Our neighbors next door were also so kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for some of the best restaurants in the area and told us about different events happening while we were there, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
We truly love staying at OB Pier 1 and are already looking forward to coming back again. It has become a very special place for our family! ❤️🌊
