Beautiful setting directly across the street from the beach to watch the surf, and spacious deck to people watch and enjoy the sunsets. Comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, updated bathroom, very responsive management team. We love OB, and this was a perfect staycation. Walkable to everything you need from restaurants to groceries to clothes shopping, the Wednesday farmers market, and ice cream shops to top it off.

See you again soon! Already looking to book my next trip ASAP. The view was amazing, super clean room, tons of restaurants, shops, and activities all walking distance which was a huge plus. The neighbors were kind, and it was a dog friendly rental. I even went whale watching on a sail boat and brought her with! Parking is a little tight but to be expected, and a full size pickup likely would not fit well. I drove a 4 door tacoma with 5ft bed and hanging over the sidewalk just a bit.This location might not be everyones cup of tea. The Friday crowd was rowdy and had live music for hours on end throughout the weekend (which I personally really enjoyed and considered it a highlight). However, you must tell them you are bringing a dog. While checking out I clicked, "traveling with pet" and thought it would initiate the pet fee but that wasn't the case. The day before I arrived and I messaged the host specifically stating I was bringing a dog at which point the 150 fee was applied and had no issues or concerns. Overall, 10/10 experience. My dog and I thank you for having us!
