Charming beach cottage in OB that was perfect for our family. The cottage is a standard Southern California beach cottage that is aged but is so perfect for the area. Excellent space in the living room, a deck with table and chairs and the BBQ worked perfectly. The beds were comfy with plenty of extra linens. The AC was an added bonus during our humid stay. The best part by far was the location. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and we walked it multiple times a day with our little one. Cute little coffee and smoothie shops literally around the corner. The 8 minute walk to the heart of OB was perfect for dinners and far enough away from busy and noise. This was absolutely a perfect beach stay. Thanks so much!

Great spot! Close to the beach and to food/grocery stores. We really enjoyed the walkability!
