The house was beautiful and spacious, huge kitchen, clean. Loved it!
Communication was great and a few minor issues we had were addressed quickly.
The only warning to guests is that if there is a hot week (as we had at the end of August), there is no AC and the fans were not enough.

Great location! Beautiful home! Backyard was magical during night!There were so many things to do in walking distance. Beach was fun.

This home was perfect for our family! We really appreciated the various amenities, such as the kitchen with plenty of pans and dishes to allow us to cook, laundry and dish detergent, beach towels, and soaps in each bathroom. The neighborhood is so quiet and lovely. We met two neighbors who were so kind! At the top of the alley to the right, there’s a path for walking/biking. The gorgeous beach is just a short walk away, where we spent mornings watching the surfers. We were visited by hummingbirds in the yard each day! The only con was the apartment in the back. The tenants were very nice, but we could hear them talking in their apartment, since there’s no AC and all windows were open in both properties. Additionally, they must walk down the driveway to get to their rental, so times we were enjoying the yard felt awkward. Otherwise it was perfect and we would absolutely stay here again!
