The position, house facilities

This is a really nicely finished home, compact but next level finishes made it live bigger than it really is. Large front glass wall helped integrate front outside courtyard with living area. Never felt too close to neighbors or noticed cars or pedestrians passing by even though it's on a route used by a lot of people for beach access. Highly recommend it.

Location is perfect and easy access to the beach.A few complaints would be an earlier check in when you pay that much money for the day when the previous person checked out at 10am , be nice to have access to parking and not have to walk around the corner to get to the car . Just a heads up to people with younger kids is the tenant in the rear guest house could close the window when having sex and not having to listen to the female screaming her brains out . Other than that it’s a nice place.
