We had a great stay here, loved having two outdoor areas to relax plus a great kitchen and grill. All of the beds were comfy and the AC kept us cool during a heat wave. It is a bit dark inside with not much natural light in the living room but that's what the balcony is for! We had two cars and parking the extra one on the street was not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

A really wonderful place to stay in San Diego! This is some excellent housing for a relaxed beach trip. Bedrooms were comfy, closets were large, outdoor spaces were well-maintained, and kitchen was adequate. One lovely bonus was that beach chairs / towels / boogie boards were provided, adding some lovely comfort to walks to the beach.
Hosts were responsive, helpful, and proactive in communications.
The neighborhood has many shops and grocery stores nearby. One parking space is provided, and street parking is available, but as it's a popular area, parking was challenging on weekends.
Everything really was lovely, and it was a great stay! Two minor things: the listing said that cooking basics (oil / salt / pepper) and coffee would be provided - but I couldn't find these items in the kitchen. In addition, we had to go out to buy dish soap - which is fine, but the listing stated that cleaning materials were provided. Overall, 9.5/10. Would stay again!

Best perk of the house is the upstairs deck, overall really good spot. Garage with mirror was a nice touch as well.
