Great place, located close to the beach and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood. The NXT people are very helpful and responsive.

Great beach house. Can’t beat the location - beach entrance just at the end of Marine St. so easy to go with kids and head back for lunch, snacks, etc. The house itself is gorgeous but the shared spaces are small. We had 3 kids in the bunk room comfortably, then grandparents in the casita. Beds were comfortable and the built in closets and drawers were more than ample for a week long stay. The kitchen is nice too. Note: this is run by a rental management company so you’ll get amenities like soap and cleaning supplies from them, but sized like a hotel (I.e., not enough for the week) - totally fine, as CVS is a 10 minute walk from the house. Also tons of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Lastly, the courtyard is beautiful. We didn’t use the fire pit table but the space in general was the perfect way to end a beach day.

My family had a great time. The location couldn’t get any better - everything was walkable, which was super important with young kids.
