NTX accommodated my family for a short notice reservation when we unexpectedly needed a new place to stay. They were extremely well at communicating and made a stressful time easy. The home is spacious, bright, and clean. The backyard views made for great morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the beach supplies. Would enjoy staying again here in the future!

The home is just as described and more. The large windows in the living room has a spectacular view of the ocean. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans and most "gadgets" generally needed. The bathrooms both have double sinks. There is plenty of closest space with many hangers. The master room, however, has very limited drawer space. I do not know about the guest rooms.
We did not take advantage of the hot tub nor other outdoor amenities but we found the indoor spaces to be very generous and pleasant. We felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay here. Great view of the ocean and our toddler loved playing in the back yard. NXT was very responsive and accommodating.
