Place was fantastic for 3 sets of couples, each with own bathroom. Views and location were incredible. Garage was a tight fit with 2 full size vehicles, but great to park and forget about driving. Public paid parking for $30/day on same street as Condo. Lots of area on 2nd floor for cooking/entertaining. Rooftop patio off 3rd floor bunk bed room was very nice for morning coffee and sunset viewing. Condo is set off Street, but 3rd floor picks up some road noise from 4 way stop, esp on busy Fri night. Each room was equipped with ample sound machine, and waves crashed all night. Overall great location and stay. Outdoor patio on walkway to beach felt safe and private.

Great beach pad!! Clean home in nice condition. Especially for beach. Location is epic. Can get hot! AC only cools living room. Garage is great for one car. We squeezed another car garage on street. Plenty to do within walking distance. Enjoy!!

Overall was a great stay. Great location of course. Amenities were good. NXT communicated the whole time and very responsive to questions. The only con were the beds- they were just downright uncomfortable. Other than that everything was nice. Would rent again!
