My family and I booked a last minute San Diego getaway and were fortunate to find this airbnb. It was spacious, good location and pristine, which is a necessary for me. My kids had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Thank you for hosting us!

We love ocean beach because it’s a pet friendly city. This property was walking distance to beach, parks, and Newport Ave where shops, grocery store, restaurants bars are located. Beautiful clean home. Was nice having the garage and not having to worry about street parking. Also nice having laundry onsite since allot of ocean beach properties do not have laundry available. Property managers checked in, and were very responsive. The kitchen had basic necessities. I wish they would have provided more kitchen towels, paper towels, basic cleaning supplies and trash bags as those are things commonly provided at all the rentals I’ve stayed at. A mini vacuum would have been nice to be able clean up sand from beach days. It listed there was shampoo conditioner body was but they were tiny single use, most rentals provide full size. The rooms do not have fans, it was a cooler summer and were able to have windows open but there were some loud evenings fireworks etc,so you will want to close windows and a fan would have been nice so circulate airflow. We would stay here again, and would recommend it based on location.

My family and I just returned back from a long weekend in OB, and we were thrilled with this rental property! Not only was the location perfect as it was close to restaurants, shops and the beach, but the home itself was absolutely gorgeous, new, and clean. We felt like we got exactly what we paid for in this beautifully new, gorgeous space. NXT was so communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay, and I would love to go back to this property in the future!
