Property photos and details do not do this special place justice. It was an absolute dream! My husband and I enjoyed 4 nights here. The views are incredible and it was hard to tear ourselves away each day to go sightseeing. We even opted to cook dinner and stay in to catch the stunning sunsets from the patio most nights. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The private patio off of the bedroom was a nice place for morning coffee. The sauna was an added bonus and one that we took advantage of every morning after our walks. The neighborhood is very walkable and in a very desirable location. Close to everything La Jolla has to offer. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again. Communication was excellent and NXT was quick to respond to any questions we had. check in and check out were extremely easy. One note: this is a shared property, There is a small unit behind the oceanfront unit and the main house (which I believe is being renovated). Although there was another couple staying there during our stay we felt that we had the place almost entirely to ourselves. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy that allow for privacy if desired so i would not let this be a deterrent.

The views off of the balcony are unbeatable. Just a great place to relax and be right next to the ocean. Hot tub was used many times and the hammocks are a great touch to get some rest. Would definitely visit again!

My birthday stay at this amazing place was wonderful! The house is beautiful with windows galore to see the awesome views! It was so comfortable and we loved the extra outdoor space to enjoy! We can’t wait to come back! Our host was very communicative. Highly recommend.
