Nxt went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. 10/10 in every way. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and could not have been a better setting for a family vacation. Highly recommend ghosting home and Nxt as the host!!

I have stayed in many places and this is by far, the best. It was perfect for a double family reunion with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone- a pool table for the young adults, large screen TV and sofas in an open area adjacent to the kitchen for conversing while cooking and watching the game! The spacious and well-stocked kitchen was perfect for preparing Dutch babies for breakfast, as well as eating family-style take-out around the large center island that had seating for 8!!!! A sunrise walk to see the caves and seals is minutes away; all the shopping and eateries in La Jolla are just a few blocks with no need to worry about parking. The ocean-view rooftop was a great place to relax with enough seating for our large group. Concierge check-in and easy availability for questions before and during the stay- absolutely outstanding! We will definitely stay here again!!!! wish we had booked a longer vacation......
