My wife and I just wrapped up four nights in San Diego with our two small dogs, and this rental made the trip easy from start to finish.Check-in was simple and the host's instructions were clear, so we were settled within minutes of arriving. The home was clean, well kept, and just as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts in and a few easy dinners, and the beds were comfortable enough that we both slept well every night, which isn't always a given in a rental.Being pet-friendly was the deciding factor for us, and this place was truly dog-friendly, not merely dog-tolerated. Our two little ones had room to settle in, and the neighborhood was perfect for morning and evening walks. It felt like a home rather than somewhere we were just passing through.The location was ideal. We were close enough to stroll down to the beach for sunset, with restaurants, coffee, and groceries all nearby. Parking was straightforward, which counts for a lot near the coast.Communication with the host was quick and friendly throughout, and every small question got a prompt answer.We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base in San Diego, especially couples traveling with pets. Overall a nice place to stay - fun little fact you’ll have an avocado tree in the back yard which was a nice surprise! - host was very accommodating and the property is near everything we needed with plenty of stores and restaurants to pick from.
