The owners were very responsive and helpful. The hot tub was great after morning surf sessions. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Definitely recommend.

I rented this house for five weeks - including July 4th - and enjoyed every minute. The house is compact but very comfortable with updated appliances and amenities (laundry, kitchen, nice beds and bathrooms) plus a nice little patio with a small table and a hot tub AND a fantastic rooftop with grill, fire pit and a view of the ocean. Be warned that the house is three stories so there are a lot of stairs. The house is essentially a detached granny flat and faces an alley on one side which can be loud on garbage day. The location is a couple blocks north of all the action in PB - totally walkable to shops and bars and restaurants - but a little more quiet, which is great. It's about a block and a half up from the beach and a wonderful path. NXT was very responsive and helpful and immediately fixed anything that needed attention. It would have been nice to get a little discount for staying so long (and maybe a cleaning service or at least cleaning supplies) but I still hope to be back!
