Very spacious and comfortable house with an eclectic design. Great for families. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and amazing ocean views from the top floor. Highly recommend

We stayed for a week at this NXT property in La Jolla. They helped us out with a last minute booking, which was hugely appreciated.
The home is huge, big bedrooms, great chef’s kitchen, nice backyard to have dinner outside, plenty of room to hang out everywhere. It’s classically decorated, like you are staying at your relatives house. Very private and safe neighborhood with hardly any traffic.
Only a 5 minute walk to La Jolla village, where there are tons of great restaurants and shopping.
The hosts were very responsive from start to finish. They really care about their guests and go above and beyond to make them feel at home like a VIP.
If you are thinking of staying in La Jolla, this is definitely a home you will enjoy!

This property was managed by NXT, and I have to say, I have stayed at a lot of AirBNB's over the years, and NXT took service to the NEXT level. Wow. Constantly right on top of things, extremely friendly and helpful. Unbelievably fast responsiveness. Well don NXT. In the future, I will be biased to stay at properties managed by you!
