An extraordinary home in a beautiful location that is even more beautiful than in the posting photos. The scale of the house is generous. The beautiful common spaces include an in-home theatre, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, and two living rooms. The en-suite bedrooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The outdoor space is generous with an outdoor barbecue, plenty of seating around the gas fire pit, swimming pool and jacuzzi.The views from the outdoor patio are spectacular with a view of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay Beach. There is no tree shade on the outdoor spaces, additional umbrellas in and around the pool would’ve been beneficial.The management rep (Alessandro) gave us a tour of the property and answered introductory questions. The home was perfect for our group of 9 adults and 2 small children. The downstairs suite (two separate bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room) was perfect for a young family of four as it allowed the children to sleep in a quiet space while adult evening activities took place upstairs. This is a lovely, spacious home that has many amenities, an incredible view and is located in a quiet location a short drive from all that San Diego has to offer.

Home was every bit as beautiful as the pics in listing. NXT VACATIONS was a dream management company. A few minor issues were dealt with immediately. Would definitely use NXT in the future.
