Good place

Great location - easy walking distance to the beach. Clean and well furnished, including a pretty good set of beach toys. Great communication from the owner. AC units in every room (we ended up with a week of the year where it was pretty hot).
Just FYI and this was clearly communicated by the owner, but the garage is deep but single car width and other units across the street provide limited in/out turning radius. We had a minivan and got in there without too much difficulty. However, anything larger than that would likely be no-go or an extremely good piece of close-quarters maneuvering.
