Our stay at this property was a joy from start to finish. All relevant information was provided timely which made it easy to get in and settle. The property is in great condition and in an even better location. NXT were very accessible along the way which made for a comfortable stay. It will definitely be a trip to remember, couldn’t ask for more!

The place was a perfect home base for an extended stay in San Diego. Just steps away from the heart of La Jolla Village where you can get anything you want--restaurants, groceries, the farmer's market, cute little shops--and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The Airbnb was super spacious and the furnishings were top notch. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take them home. check in and check out were super seamless and the in the managing company staff were all very responsive and nice. 10/10 would stay again!

The property we stayed at was different than the one in the picture. There were some issues with the original house but Nxt Mgt made sure we got another property of the same caliber. Overall, 337 Rosemont ST was a nice place but will be better if tehre was an air conditioner in the bedrooms as they tend to get hot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
