This place was a bit of heaven. Perfect location. The home had everything we need. The house cleaner was wonderful! Each room had a TV which was nice. Shower provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. So much to do in this area and Don't skip out on Miss B's Coconut club carribian food was outstanding! We willl be back for sure!

We were so close to the ocean that you could hear the waves at night. The unit was lovely and well stocked. An extra blanket and black out curtains would have made it perfect.

Every one of us - 7 adults and a 17-year-old - were thrilled with this rental. Beautiful property inside and out! Multiple walks to the beach, views from balconies on all 3 levels, walking distance to some shopping and restaurants, spacious and comfortable interior, and secure property . Can’t think of anything that was an issue or disappointment. Highly recommend!

The location is the best part! We enjoyed sitting in living room area where the view is peaceful and calming. My only disappointment is pictures of home make main rooms look much bigger than they are-but still beautiful!

This home is absolutely perfect! Right on the beach, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We spent a few days there for my son’s birthday and couldn’t have ask for a better location. The owners went above and beyond to ensure all the comforts of home while providing a vacation getaway. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located in the quieter part of Pacific Beach. Walking distance from everything you'd need. Clean, well-supplied studio apartment style dwelling space. Highly recommend!

Pros: It is steps away from the ocean or Mission Bay. There are so many restaurants and shops on Mission Boulevard. A grocery store is a 15-minute walk away. Better Buzz offers good coffee (5 minutes away). It is 15 to 20 minutes by car to many attractions (Sea World, downtown, Zoo, Balboa Park, etc.). It's a cozy little apartment. The deco is even better in person. Everything you need to cook for four adults and kids dishes are available.Cons: It's a business, and they seem busy. We had only two dishcloths for a whole week. We asked for more, and they responded that they "provide two onsite." We washed them ourselves while doing laundry (a laundromat is available across the street). We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't bother to contact them since every time we did, we felt annoying to them.

My husband and I spent February at this property with our two medium Labradoodles. It was perfect for us. Within a few blocks were a French Gourmet bakery, chocolatier, gourmet pizza, excellent tacos, a great dog park, and Pacific Beach. Management was very responsive to our questions and our needs. This place is in a perfect location to walk to several cool areas of town. I was visiting for a conference at the Convention Center. It was an easy 20-25 min walk. It's also a short walk from several restaurants, coffee shops and markets in Little Italy.
The host gave very clear directions to find the location and gain access to the place. Parking is the biggest challenge, especially with the parking garage across the street under construction, but of course, that is typical of San Diego.
I recommend this very convenient and comfortable location.

Our place was exactly what I was looking for. I nice place to stay, clean and comfy. Great shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minute walk in either direction of the boardwalk.

This was an absolutely perfect choice. A few quick blocks to wonderful restaurants, including an excellent French bakery and homemade pasta spot. Most importantly, however, the cottage was impeccably designed with lovely furniture and amenities. The beds were ultra comfortable. And the backyard space a true delight with a little outdoor fire, pit, grill, and even separate laundry facilities.
The neighborhood was a short, Uber ride from all kinds of wonderful attractions, including La Jolla and SeaWorld and downtown North Pacific Beach and its exciting boardwalk.
If I need to be in this area, I would without hesitation stay here again.

This is our third time in this neighborhood, the second time in this specific unit. It is really big for a studio. And laid out really well. The kitchen is plenty stocked. It is 1/2 block from the beach. Lying in bed with the windows open, you can hear the ocean.
