Beautiful condo with an impeccable view. It was immaculate and decorated perfectly. The only disappointment was that it was advertised as a 4 bedroom unit, but there are only 3. What is considered the 4th bedroom is a den-type space with foldable walls, and only a pull out sofa to sleep on. Everything else was fantastic. The welcome gift basket was greatly appreciated! Would love to stay again!

What a nice and cozy beach pad. Walking distance from the beach, you can hear the waves crashing from the porch. We really enjoyed the central proximity to local business and the dog beach. The home itself is very nice, newly renovated and cozy. The kitchen is adequate for all your needs and the bbq is a nice touch. The bedroom is small but the bed is very comfortable and plenty of storage space. Clean bathroom and good water pressure, which is always a must. The back patio area is great for coffee in the am and an adult beverage in the pm. Parking is generally pretty easy even though it’s street parking. All in all, excellent stay and I’d come back again.

We had a fantastic stay in Mission Beach! The place was exactly as described and felt even bigger than it looked in the photos! The sleeping arrangements and the common areas (kitchen and living room) were perfect for our family of 5. The place had great amenities (kitchen, living room with large TV, laundry, patio) that we felt right at home, and the location was within walking distance of many activities (ocean, bay, Belmont Park, restaurants, coffee shops, small park across the street, etc.). We will definitely look to stay here again when we next visit San Diego!

The location was central to many activities. Very comfortable, clean, and safe. Perfect for a family of five. The walk out patio was very comfortable. As advertised, and mentioned in other reviews, the garage is very long, but narrow. We rented a mini van and it fit but it was tight. It wasn’t an issue for us but definitely do not bring an oversized SUV. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Another bonus was the check out process. There is a cleaning fee, which everyone charges. This property doesn’t make you clean before the cleaners. All they ask is that you leave the home as it was found. It was so nice not to have to strip beds in the morning. Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is incredibly modern, spacious and clean. It was better than the pictures! The location was perfect for accessing all that the Mission Beach area offers. Steps to the bay and across the street from the beach. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to visit our daughter who attends college here. It’s hard to find an updated and modern place to stay in the area and this one certainly fits the bill. Having a garage is just icing on the cake! Highly recommend.

You couldn't ask for a better studio apartment. The room is large and comfortable. But the view out to the bay is wonderful. You get to see the sailboats and the crew boats practicing on the water. Not to mention the sunrise! One block away is the bus line. Go north a few blocks and get a great breakfast or lunch at Olive. Definitely a great place to stay.

Home was clean upon arrival, and had everything we expected provided.

The house was super cute and had all the necessary accommodations for 2 people. The backyard was our favorite. Great sun,shade. perfect !

Great place to stay with easy access to restaurants and beach. Very clean with a cool beach home style. The check out process was extremely easy and did not require any extra steps. The house is off of La Jolla Shores Drive which can get busy with traffic/bus stops at parts of the day.

Stay was great. Everything was very clean. The surrounding area was quiet. Location was excellent. Close to getting to the University of San Diego. Even-though, it was spring break and everywhere was packed by the park. Didn’t affect our stay. Walkable to the bay. Less than 2 minutes. Perfect size. And had a garage to park our vehicle. No issues.

It was great for short trip. It was tight space, not much room to open your luggage but it worked. Very close to the bay. Host was great, professional and flexible.

We had 8 guests for a family beach weekend. We did lots of walking around the area and felt safe. The garage accommodated two cars nicely. Very pleasant decor inside and out. Great kitchen and living room.

My Kids wanted to be on the beach, and we were on the beach! The unit was clean and had all of the amenities. The beach chairs and toys were clean and available. The beds were comfortable and towels plentiful. Maintenance came by to fix a sliding screen door that wasn't working too smoothly and we heard from the management company in a timely manner. There are a few areas that are showing some wear and tear, but overall we were very happy. Thank you Surf Style

We loved staying at this beautifully renovated property with a large gorgeous deck. The kids loved that there was sand right out the back door and enjoyed the beach toys. The ocean is a short walk and the beach chairs made our stay perfect! The apartment was fabulous bedding and plenty of towels. We had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.
