Wonderful location within walking distance to everything. The listing is a bit confusing- we thought it was one unit on top of the other but instead they are separated by a gate and are in two different building. But they are still super close. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

So close to the ocean…listened to the waves as we fell asleep. Very quiet but also close to the action. We appreciated the early delivery of access instructions and the place was clean upon arrival. Exactly what we needed for a 5 day stay!

Incredible stay in mission beach. House is beautiful. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. You have to go up many steps to get to the condo but once you do, it is worth it and you will love it. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a one floor place and everything is very clean and nice. The penthouse is in the heart of it all in Mission Beach basically sitting right on the bay a block or two to the beach! There is a two car garage there and I found that backing my VW in was easier than pulling it in from the front. so great to have a place to park a car in Mission Beach! The small deck was beautiful, and the kitchen was great. The three bedrooms are small but beautifully done, comfy beds and pillows all with air conditioning and a television in each room The master bedroom and bathroom are really nice! The laundry is on the bottom floor & it was great. There are many beach toys in the garage.The garage is big again. It can fit two cars. We loved it

This home suited our family perfectly. The beach toys and cart were great, making our beach time so enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything we needed was included. The management was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would definitely consider staying here again

5+ stars! The Beacons house in Encinitas was amazing. This was our second tour with Beacons, for 5 weeks this time. The house is beautiful and laid out very well. The deck and its views are spectacular. The amenities in the house served us well for five weeks and the Surf Style team was very attentive to our needs, even after hours and on weekends. We are already signed up for next year.

This was a fantastic vacation, Rental. You literally could not have a better location directly on the beach, but very nice because slightly elevated above the boardwalk for safety. All bathrooms were redone very nicely. The home was very comfortable. Had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot for two adults and a child for five days. We appreciated having a full kitchen, enough room, walkability to the beach, and a great central location. There are a few layout quirks with both bathroom, and we did feel the need to re-wash all towels when we arrived - they just didn't seem very clean. But otherwise, everything was great. We had no issues with our stay and would consider staying again on a future trip.

Probably our best rental in Mission Beach so far. Location was fantastic. You will enjoy the views from nearly every part of the house. The house itself is not huge, but has a great layout and having the entire bottom deck was everything. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with items that were high quality. The jacuzzi on the deck was amazing and worked really well. All appliances worked perfectly and were brand new. One of the benefits was being able to walk to breakfast/markets/restaurants/beach rentals. Parking had 2 tandem spots in garage. They also supplied more boogie boards, surf boards and beach chairs than you’d need. Great spot. Will definitely rent this one again.

Our family of 4 loved our vacation here. It's a great location where you can walk to the market, restaurants, and the beach! Beach essentials such as chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were all provided. The view from the front balcony is awesome. We love visiting a new place but trying to live like locals and this place provides that opportunity.
