Beautiful home! Enjoyed our stay!

Close to beaches, 5 min food, 4 min airport 30 min. Apparent updates. Garage remote would have been nice but I know how they tend to walk off. Other than that great!

We've lived in Mission Beach years ago for 6 years. We love coming back with our family. This spot was perfect for our family. Very roomy. They had everything we could have needed. Very clean, felt like home away from home. We loved this location, we did come during our spring break, in April, which isnt prime season in Mission Beach, so summer might be different, but we were impressed with how quiet the area was. We always have the best time in Mission Beach. We will be back here for sure

Perfection! The condo was beautiful and well-appointed with everything we needed. We appreciated all of the beach gear, boogie boards, chairs etc. that made our lazy days on the sand and in the water more enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal—it only took minutes to walk to Windandsea beach. We also easily walked to the village for breakfast, and to point La Jolla to see the sea lions and other attractions. Thank you for making our family feel at home! We will definitely be back.

The unit was bright and clean... and close to the beach! We enjoyed Mission Beach and all that it has to offer.

Awesome beach house! Walkable to great dining options, directly on the boardwalk, responsive host, beach supplies and towels were great, new appliances, hardest part was leaving.

The location was perfect as it was a dog beach experience. The place although small had plenty of room with a great usable yard.
Amenities were provided and thoughtful.
Place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Really liked the walkability to good restaurants.
My doggo had a fantastic time!

This property is beautiful and well worth the price. It is very clean and well-stocked. We loved the comfortable beds and the spaciousness. We had a ton of room for the four of us. We walked everywhere!

Great place to stay

This cottage was perfect for our visit with our daughter. It was clean and stocked with dishes. The management was very responsive when we reported a problem with the washing machine. All in all a very good experience.

We stayed at this property because it could accommodate the 4 teens in our group. The views of the bay and the walkway just outside the property are outstanding. We had one minor issue and it was responded to and cared for very quickly. We also enjoyed the walk to the beach and restaurants in the neighborhood. The garage parking is tight but I think all parking in this neighborhood is the same. The house was stocked very well and even had some spices, and foil and Saran wrap which was nice. The teens also enjoyed the beach gear.

The condo was as advertised. This was our second stay at the place. We loved the location, close to the beach and places to eat.

We just returned home from a 4-night stay at this property. The location is great - it's a short easy walk to the beach, Belmont Park and several restaurants and only 15 minutes or so to other San Diego attractions (zoo, USS Midway, etc.). We appreciated having a dedicated garage space to park in (although it is rather tight; our Nissan Ultima just fit). The space was very clean, new and had ample supplies (including beach towels). Check in and check out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home and location. Clean and comfortable.

The main thing you are paying for here is the location. This was a fantastic 3 minute walk to the beach as advertised, 10+ coffee shops with a 10 minute walk, a close walk to fun nightlife, dinner options, and 15 minute walk to Sprouts grocery store. If you are visiting for a chill vacation, you wouldn't even need a car here.
Hosts were very proactive with communication and I felt the house was advertised exactly as was.
Do keep in mind the house itself is not sound-proof at all (no houses in this area are) so there will be some outside noise throughout the day, but the neighborhood goes silent at 10pm on the dot.
You can definitely fit 6 people comfortably as long as you're okay with having 2 ppl on a pullout.
I would absolutely stay again!
Those leaving comments about the house not being perfectly clean/sound proof are likely not familiar with SoCal style houses. When you have windows and doors open... yes you will probably see one bug.

The Surfside team was extremely responsive. We ended up arriving onsite early and were able to get into the house with no issues. Location was amazing. 30 feet to the beach and a hot tub to warm up in after a day in the cool ocean water/breeze.
Space in the house was great. There was some slight wear and tear around but I would attribute that to the proximity to the ocean. Nearly all the homes around seemed to be in similar condition. All and all it was a great stay!

We loved this location. It was both walkable to the ocean and bay beaches, several restaurants and markets. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet during our springtime visit.

Great stay and location... everything as advertised! Especially enjoyed the view!
