The home was perfect for our family of four! It had the perfect amount of space and amenities to accommodate our 3 and 5 year old! There were step stools, beach toys, trundle bed and the fenced in front and backyard yard to make the stay fun and easy! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and super close to the beach and restaurants but out of the bustle of PB! We will definitely be back!

Was a very nice space for my wife and I. This is a newer place so there wasn’t much of any spices for cooking but there were plenty of great places to eat near by. Definitely will be visiting again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spacious for 4 adults and 1 teenager, was well decorated/maintained and had everything you would need for a long stay. The location was perfect, steps from the beach, and the surrounding neighborhood was pretty quiet. You can easily walk to Pacific Beach for more nightlife/restaurants, or walk to Mission Blvd for dining, coffee, shopping. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very lucky to have a driveway where you can park a car because the street is absolutely packed full of cars in this area. House was great, as pictured and was clean. We didn't have any need to communicate with the host - it was a nice stay. We appreciated the beach gear stored in the laundry room.

We had a fabulous stay at this home with our extended family. It had all the amenities we needed (down to a baby gate!) and the location is unbeatable. The house was very clean upon arrival. The house needs a bit of an update here and there but honestly I prefer that when traveling with kids cause it didn’t feel too nice to have a toddler running around.

Great communication from management. Property was exactly what we hoped for and expected. Location is awesome, bed super comfy, kitchen very well stocked, pool/hot tub/beach access great. For sure will return.

It was a great location, hostess was very responsive and we had everything we needed for the beach including beach cruisers, wagon, umbrella ect. beautiful place and enough room for all of our guest. thanking for hosting us for our Girls trip!!! 💃✨️⚘️😎🎭🙏🏻🫶🏻✨️🇮🇹🪶🌵✊🏻

My family and I had a great stay here and would stay again. We had a great stay and our family had a great time. The house if big and has a lot of beds and would serve two families well. It was great being so close to a lot of shops and to the beach. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves. We would stay again!

It's like the waves are lapping at your windows. The view is incredible, walking distance to the roller coaster and Luigi's (our favorite), and all the details are attended to.
