We have stayed on Mission Beach and this was another great stay! The view is incredible and the place feels very spacious. Beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. We loved all the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys and used the fire pit as well. Great stay and would recommend!

We’ve stayed at many locations in Mission Beach and this was our favorite. The home was very comfortable including the beds. The location was perfect. Within minutes you can walk to the beach, our new favorite coffee place Better Buzz, Hub Mission if you need any quick grocery items (not a Ralph’s but a lot closer and had what we needed) and many restaurants including our favorites Single Fin Surf Grill and The Mission for breakfast. If we chose to cook in the kitchen had everything we would have needed to cook and serve a complete dinner. We will definitely be returning.

The property is as nice as it could be! Very well decorated and clean! It's almost unassuming location makes it a diamond in the rough! Loved it! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect beach house to celebrate my mom's 82nd birthday. The elevator and tile floors made it easy for my mom to get around in her walker and wheelchair. The views are amazing especillay at sunset. We saw pods of dolphins from the balcony and just watching the boats come and go was all the entertainment we needed from the comfort of the living room. The fireplaces in the bedrooms were great. We really loved this place, one of the best we've stayed at.

The place was exactly what we expected! Nice place for a family get away. Fun at the zoo and the beach! Wonderful kitchen supplies, we did a bit of cooking. Loved that the kitchen opened to the deck! We all had a wonderful stay!!

We were a group of 6 ladies and the house fit our needs perfectly! We absolutely loved the location. It was in between the beach and the bay. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. We loved having a garage as beach parking is not ideal. But having a garage truly made it worthwhile. We also appreciated the additional spot in front of the garage but we didn’t end up needing it. House was clean, beds were comfortable and the view from master bedroom was great! We could see the ocean and get a nice breeze each day. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will most definitely return to this home. The patio was great and the neighbors were very friendly.

This house was perfect for our time in PB. Our son's apartment was 5 doors away and we were there to visit him. We love PB and we love bringing our dog to San Diego, since it is such a dog friendly place. This house was fenced everywhere and was perfect and safe for our 80 lb lab. This was why we booked it and it did not disappoint. This property had everything needed and then some! No kleenex, though. Also, the photo showed a traditional coffee maker, but there was a Keurig. We had brought ground coffee, so this was a small inconvenience since we did not bring Kcups. The king bed was comfortable. The backyard was very nice. Overall it was a really great place and we would stay again. Thank you.

The property was clean and close to the beach. It was a great place. And you could see the ocean from the house.The parking was tight for a larger vehicle( yukon xl) but there was parking and it worked. Over all a good experience. Thank you

We had family events in San Diego and I wanted to stay near the beach in an apartment so we’d have room and see the water. Two two bedroom apartments with tons of light, clean, good parking. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to some restaurants and a small grocery store. 1.5 mile walk or a bit less to the more busy part of La Jolla. The units connect by an outdoor staircase so we had our separate spaces which worked out. Good tv, couches and everything.

Family of 10 flew in for a wedding. This gorgeous home had everything we needed, including ocean views on 3 levels. The kids loved waking up to those views in 4 of the bedrooms! It accommodated us perfectly. We were connected with Bellhopt. Ordered our groceries through them & they have everything stocked when you get there. Thank you for sharing this home with us

This cottage is all we ask for. Is nice and cozy and has everything you need. It is only a block from the beach and has lots of restaurants walking distance. The backyard is the best part, my dog love it. We use the grill and the outside shower to clean him after playing at dogs beach and that was a very nice bonus. Too bad the weather wasn’t as warm yet for the humans to enjoy the beach too, but I would definitely go back. The only downside is looking for parking on the street, because they don’t have a spot. But it was fairly easy to find anyways.

Loved how much space there was for us to all have private bedrooms. House was clean, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and local coffee shops. :)
