Great house -- perfect for our small family. Immaculate and well maintained short block to restaurants and shops in LaJolla Shores. Loved the "extra" parking spot outside. Will come back to this gem!

Lovely place! Spacious, very close to the beach.

Family of four and our fur baby had a great time at this rental! Great location, clean and responsive host! Love that it was so close to both Pacific beach and La Jolla and we were able to split our time between both places without a long drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family’s long weekend at the beach. Steps from the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy check in and check out procedures and very responsive hosts when needed. The condo itself was very nice for hanging out in when not at the beach and the three bedrooms were perfect for giving our teenagers a little extra space. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a perfect place for us to chill and relax after rowing at the Crew Classic. We enjoyed the firepit for our evening chats. I would stay here again.

I had the absolute best 28 day stay at this unit while working remotely! Super safe, clean, comfortable, the beach and boardwalk are right there (you even have an ocean view from the bay window), the internet worked great for remote work, the kitchen appliances and accessories were top notch for an extended stay including the AC and water pressure. Beautiful sunsets to watch every night at the beach and you’re also super close to great food, restaurants, and pacific beach night life. Grocery store is a 20ish minute walk and the laundromat is a 5 minute walk. Only issue I experienced was with the Britta water filter, it was minor and management promptly came by to resolve the issue within an hour. Can’t say enough good things about this stay, it’s definitely one I will never forget!

Lots of room for the family and very clean! Beach chairs and toys provided were a big benefit.

This beach house was everything we hoped for when we decided to come to California for the first time! It was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. We loved having beach access. The beautiful beach path was full of gorgeous plants and felt enchanted as it led us to the beach. It was an easy short walk to the amazing sandy beach and the vast pretty ocean. We took early morning walks along the beach and enjoyed ending our days by watching the sunset using beach chairs from the garage. We loved watching all the surfers hitting the waves daily, which can be seen not only from the beach but from the house as well. The location was perfect and close to everything San Diego has to offer. We took advantage of the Surf shop (San Diego Surf School) just around the corner (2 min drive) and took lessons right at the beach near the house. We also rented wetsuits and surf boards later in the week from the surf shop. We had an elderly family member who couldn’t walk down to the beach, but was able to still enjoy the ocean view and sounds from the house’s deck. There is also beach access for handicap by just driving a few minutes from the house. What I will miss most of all about this beach house is having the cool ocean breeze touching my skin as I fell asleep every night to the majestic sound of the ocean waves. Thank you for opening up your beach house to my family and allowing us to have memories together we will cherish forever.

Excellent accommodation for the week

This property worked perfectly well for our family's needs/wants. The location and the fact that it had a parking space is the main reason why we chose it. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach. The harbor is even closer but we preferred going to the beach most days. Having the parking spot was very helpful in this area. We enjoyed our rooms and the living space. Everything was great. It does come with a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards which was also handy. The only two things I would suggest is that the kitchen needs a regular spatula for cooking and if there is a way to make the water pressure better in the shower (possibly a different shower head). We would definitely stay here again !
