We filled all five bedrooms this stay, and cooked all our meals here. So many places for us to spread out for quiet time and gather for family time. Pleanty of parking took stress levels to zero.This Mid Century Modern charmer is suited to those desiring a mix of luxury and funkiness; it is a classic property with many original features that some reviewers did not appreciate. One thing to be clear about -- four of the five bedrooms are ensuite to the 3 bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has to access a bathroom through one of the other 4 bedrooms, this was an inconvenience to both the users of the bedroom without the bathroom, and whichever bathroom users had to share. There is no "general" bathroom, the three are all ensuite, with one being a jack and jill. The courtyard with additional fridge freezer was welcome, as were all the sand toys, seats, lawn, outside shower. We walked everywhere, groceries, coffee, all walking, and the single level was perfect for dad, 97, and his walker. Thank you for sharing this blast from the past.

The house has a great layout and location for a multi-generational gathering. Lot’s of open space for visiting, a very well stocked kitchen for cooking and the beach is right down the street. Everything about our stay was ideal!

my wife and I had an incredible week long stay in Cardiff By the Sea.
we could not have asked for a better view (pics don't do justice) of the ocean...convenient shops..and overall stunning place.
We will be back!!

We stayed here for my son’s graduation and had 3 generations. It was perfect. Great location, easy to find. Cute little coffee shop nearby for morning coffee. We walked the beach every day. There were amazing sunsets. It even has a small elevator to take luggage up to the penthouse. Garage was big enough for our SUV. Everyone loved staying here.

A great place in a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for a couple or single, close to the bay and ocean. Walkable to PB and Belmont park. This apartment has everything you need for a chilled stay

Incredible location just blocks from the beach. Very family friendly location with restaurants and ice cream close by, a garage stocked with beach toys and surfboards and walkable to everything you need. Would definitely book again!
