Amazing property with total ocean views. My family sat on the huge, beautiful patio while watching for seals and dolphins. We saw dolphins every day we were there. Such an incredible home within walking distance from restaurants and shops, I didn't want to leave.

We were in town celebrating our son's college graduation and it was wonderfully relaxing having a homebase to be together. The house had a great layout, it was surprisingly quiet, and very well appointed. The beds are super comfortable. We had questions regarding the laundry machine and the owner was very responsive. I would go back in a heartbeat and rent from them again.

This is our 2nd time at Jamaica Sands. The location cannot be beat! You're walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, markets, coffee, water activity, and have the beautiful bay to look out at each morning with a cup of coffee. Our kiddos could cross the boardwalk and play in the grass and beach sand. We absolutely love this property and look forward to another family vacation next year!

The house, the parking and the location are so incredible. There was plenty of room for all of us and the houses were very clean. The front patio was perfect for kids to play and for out door dining. We will definitely come back next summer. This place is honestly fantastic!!!

We had a great time! The condo was in a good location; within walking distance of both Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. We really enjoyed looking out at the ocean from the large dining room window. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes, pots and pans, etc. They only provide a starter amount of toilet paper, so be sure to bring some with you. Ralph's grocery store is conveniently located a a short driving distance away.One negative was there was only room for one car in the garage. We had to find on the street parking for the other one. If you have more than one car, make sure you read the street parking signs, as you have to move your car to the other side of the street at certain times or you get a ticket. (which we did).

We really enjoyed both places! They were clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — from cooking supplies to beach chairs. However, I do wish it had been clearer in the listing that these are two completely separate units, as I expected them to be more connected.
Booking through a management company rather than directly with the owner also presented a few challenges. Important details like check-in instructions were sent in a separate email, which wasn’t always easy to access quickly. And when we had a small issue, we had to wait until the next business day for a response.
That said, the overall experience was great — the attention to detail really enhanced our stay, and we’d definitely come back!
