It was amazing to stay here! Nice quiet walk to the beach every morning, and a quiet, CLEAN location to come back to. 5 min walk to the boardwalk at Mission and come back to the quiet area of Mission beach. Short drive to Seaworld it was an amazing stay loved every bit of our stay!

The neighborhood was quite mixed, new houses and old bungalows, but once we walked into the house we saw the view and loved it. The walk along the bay was long and a great place to exercise. The patio was a wonderful place for eating and just relaxing. The garage was a bit of an ordeal. The rental car was a mini van and it fit into the garage well. However, there were a lot of cars parked right across what I would call an alley and they made maneuvering the car into the garage a bit of a challenge.

The location was perfect! It was walkable to several restaurants and small shops. Beach is close. The house is top notch. They supplied everything we needed and it was very clean. The A/C was broken while we were there but luckily the windows and ceiling fans kept it pretty cool. They offered us a small discount for this inconvenience, which was appreciated. Only issue was the garage is even smaller than we expected. We chose the smallest rental car we could and it took us about 5 minutes and lots of careful maneuvering to get car in garage. We opted for street parking after that.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The kitchen had everything you needed to have breakfast/dinner at home. The BBQ worked great. It was great having the playing cards and games as we all played. The location was great as everything is in walking distance. I was worried about parking for the two SUV's (GLS450 and 4 door Bronco) but they fit without issue. The steps were not an issue for any of use. I would stay here again.

Felt like we were the first ones to use the beach cottage. Everything was neat and clean. The kitchen was awesome; it had everything needed to make a meal. The backyard was also great space to spread out and have coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Dog Beach was a very short walk across the street and having the outdoor shower was convenient to clean off the dog and ourselves. And it has A/C which was helpful midday when it got hot and stuffy. The nights were quiet and peaceful. Lots of friendly dogs (and people) at the beach.
What to "deal" with but not deal breakers: 1) Parking - we didn't have a problem finding a spot for our Tacoma, but we were also there during the weekdays. May not have been so easy to find close parking during the weekend. 2) Directly in the flight path of planes taking off from the airport. Starts at 6:30 am and ends around 9/10-ish pm. I put on iPods and the noise eventually faded into the background. No planes during the night.

Great location, very close to the bay and beach. Nice walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Unit was clean and comfortable. Communication with management was timely, they were attentive. I would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this vrbo. The place was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. The location was perfect with stunning views of the ocean. Communication with the property owners were easy and fast and the check out process was easy. My family and I are definitely planning on coming back.

We loved our week here, the dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and the humans enjoyed the walkability! We will be coming back, it was comfy, clean, inviting and as described. 100% recommend

Great little place for my husband and I. I prefer the more quiet area of the Bay that it was nice to be able to walk across to the ocean as well

Perfect place for our family to celebrate graduation! Lots of space, near everything, walking distance to the beach. Everything was easy and professional!

This location is perfect and has direct access to the beach and Bay. The rental was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. I absolutely would recommend this place and I would book this rental again. I really enjoyed the patio.
