Absolute perfect place and location for a family vacation where you want to split time between morning activities and afternoon/evening beach time. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved watching the sunset from the deck. Great for a family with teenagers. Easy walk to coffee, restaurants, and markets. Loved it!

We loved the location. Close to the beach and close enough to walk to various restaurants. The view of the ocean from the two decks was beautiful and relaxing. We had 8 people in our party and the house was perfect for the three families.

This home was spacious and fully equipped. Just a short jaunt to the beach. We appreciated the kid wagon to put our Littles in. We loved the fire on the top balcony and the large outdoor table on the lower balcony. Such a beautiful home.

The house is in an excellent location. Near the beach, Sea World, the zoo. We loved the quirky loft and the casita. The great room and kitchen open to the patio to make a great family space.

Five friends and myself had an amazing stay at this property. We had PLENTY of room, everything was nice and updated, which is rare with beach houses it’s seems. We had zero issues with the place. They had beach accessories, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it for anyone. We hope to be back in the future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our family (8 adults and 9 children) enjoyed the Waterfront 7. The three units comfortably accommodated the entire family (nine total bedrooms). We used the larger ground floor unit and patio to host lunches and dinners for the entire group. The units are well furnished, kitchen's well equipped, and plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. We had a fabulous stay and would book this unit again. The Host (Surf Style Vacation Homes) is very professional. Good communication, easy access, and easy check out. The unit was clean and we had ample towels and supplies.

Overall we had such a great time at this property. Everything was clean and exactly as listed with a few surprises such as games to play. This was fun since we had two 16 year olds with us. The location to the beach was great. I was concerned on being too far from Belmont Park but it was perfect. It was far enough that there were moments the beach wasn’t very busy but just a few minutes and you could have the hustle and bustle. Great food around that is easy to walk to. Just an overall great time.

Beautiful vacation rental that has the feel of a staged home. Two car garage, beach gear, and nice finishes made this a comfortable spot for our family and my in laws to enjoy a few days in this beach paradise.

This was the perfect location. Close enough to the beach (5 houses away) but didn't have the beach traffic. 2 parking spots is huge in this area. Close to Belmont Park and lots of restaurants. People watching is awesome here as well. The shower is incredible..I'm all about good water pressure.

Very nice place to stay at. Short walk to the beach as advertised. Also, lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to stay at when visiting San Diego

Easy walk with kids to the beach and nearby restaurants. Plenty of space to fit my family of 8 comfortably. We appreciated the beach supplies and toys that were available for our use.

We loved this place....short distance to shops and beach, very clean and well stocked with available spices and cooking utensils plus a nice stovetop for cooking breakfasts before our daily ventures. Beds and pillows were amazing!!! Nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards we coukd use as well as beach towels....highly recommend!

Location is perfect, a nice quiet part of the bay (there is a volleyball court outside but generally only used in the afternoon). Sounds from other units can be heard but not unbearable. Bed is super comfy and views are exactly as described. Overall would absolutely stay again!
