Nice townhouse right near all the action in Mission beach. House has everything you need for the beach including chairs, some toys and a small umbrella. Lower patio area is perfect for late afternoon’s. House has instant hot water so you never run out. Mission beach is very busy on the weekends and there’s definitely some street noise with all the action that goes late. There’s also a unit on the third level that you can hear from time to time but it’s still pretty quiet. Location is close to everything in San Diego. The garage is tight, so nothing bigger than a mid size sedan or it will be tough to park.

This house is a treasure! The updates are exceptional along with the well supplied kitchen. The reviews are all true. Great location with a beautiful view. Nice to have privacy of parking in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood. Walked every day with no concern for safety. We would love to return to this property. There was a giant spider web in the bunk room. When stay take a minute to check the corners of the rooms. Absolutely did not affect our time there.

Our stay at this Mission Beach rental was spectacular! The location, just steps from the sand and boardwalk, was unbeatable. The rental itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming. We loved the comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, and especially the private patio for enjoying ocean breezes and sunsets. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The thoughtful amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. Being so close to Mission Beach attractions like Belmont Park, restaurants, and shops was a huge plus, yet the rental felt like a peaceful oasis. Communication with property management was excellent – clear, prompt, and helpful. We highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable San Diego beach experience. Five stars!

We could not be happier with this Condo! Location, location, location! It's so close to everything. The beach, the bay, shopping, and restaurants. We especially loved the rooftop with the firepit. You can see fireworks from Seaworld every single night. Would definitely stay here again. :)

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb just a short walk from La Jolla Shores Beach. The location couldn’t have been better—being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local coffee spots made our trip so easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for families.
The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen.

Thank you for hosting us at one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Incredible attention to detail - incredibly high end and well stocked home and every room was thoughtfully prepared. Excellent separation of space for a family of 4 adults - master bed and bath with balcony was amazing. Kitchen was the best organized and stocked ever seen - better than our home kitchen. Down to the ninja which we didn’t use but next time we will!! We brought spices from home but didn’t need to they had everything. Living room, dining and outdoor patio with ocean sounds…walkable to the beautiful windnsea 🌊 and gourmet farmers mart, fresh squeezed oj at the bagel shop and the taco stand…too much walkable goodness. Garage with beach toys - didn’t need to bring anything. Excellent AC/Fan. Restrooms were incredible especially the master bath. Luxe towels and spa toiletries. Thank you for keeping such a wonderful home to share.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family reunion. The location is amazing--super convenient to the airport, the San Diego Zoo, LaJolla, Belmont Park & the beach; with plenty of great food options nearby. The patio was a perfect place for the kids to play & also to gather for family meals. The multi-unit setup was phenomenal, giving each family privacy while still allowing us to be together. The property manager was very responsive; when 2 of the portable fans weren't working, they very quickly (within 1 hour!), brought us replacements. Fantastic place for a large group. We absolutely recommend it & hope to return.

Location is very close to beach, great stay and had basic amenities. Will come back to stay again.

We traveled with a group of 7. The house was very clean and well situated. We had a group of 6 boys who enjoyed the boogie boards, games and beach gear. We rented bikes nearby for the week and kept them in second garage. 1st garage was tight but after a day or so, we were able to park a large vehicle fairly easily. It was rainy and cold a few nights, and fireplaces were a big hit, as was the rooftop deck on sunny days. Very close to everything (beach, bay, Belmont Park). We made trips to La Jolla, USS midway, FC San Diego game at new stadium and to zoo -- very easy to navigate to all areas of San Diego from this location. We had a great stay and found home to be perfect for our group. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cozy house for family vacation. Walking distance to the beach. If someone looking for 100% quiet place it’s not this type of neighborhood. All houses very close, no AC and you have to open windows. But we had a great time and all process was so easy. Thank you!
