Everything was excellent very nice accommodations and huge patio.

Lovely location with fantastic view of river and beach. Easy walk to both the ocean and bay. Very accommodating host who made us feel very welcome and who answered any questions we had quickly. Fun area to celebrate a July 4th week with many other family members at other nearby rentals.

The home was exactly as advertised with great views in a quiet residential area, but walkable to the beach and restaurants. It is well maintained with good instructions with frictionless check-in and check-out. Thirty minutes from the airport and close to a variety of beaches and attractions.

This was definitely one of my favorite stays and we hope they let us come back! The house was immaculate, spacious, and has plenty of sleeping space for a family! The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances and stocked with anything you would need for cooking during a stay. They even have kids cups and plates - so convenient! Honestly, this house was so cute (giving Nantucket vibes) and I need to come back *without* my toddlers because they had the best book selection and the breeze with the windows open was perfection. Walkable to the beach and they generously provided a wagon and all beach supplies you could ever need. To anyone complaining about sand in the house during their stay- that stuff gets EVERYWHERE. We tried to keep a clean house and it was ALL over and I can confirm this place was spotless at check in. I don’t know how they manage to clean it so well. 10/10, A+++.

Great location, had all the beach items we needed, beds are wonderful and we had a wonderful time visiting over the 4th of July holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and close to so much. Great way to enjoy San Diego. We will look to stay again next time!

In general, we had a very nice time. The check-in was somewhat rocky. You have two underground garages, which you failed to mention. I followed a car into the first only to find out I was locked in. My key would not call the elevator, nor would it work to let me out of the garage. A fellow guest opened the door for me so that I could escape. Nowhere on my check in packet did it indicat that I was in the upper garage, which is not on the street of the subject address.

We really loved the house and location. The one thing that would make it better is direct access to the beach. We had to walk around to the public point since we stayed on the top.

Great place for a family to spend some time away. water front and not overly crowded like the ocean side. will book again!

We had an amazing time staying in a SurfStyle property. The location was ideal, close to the beach, bay and Belmont Park area. The condo was clean and the amenities were perfect for us. Take advantage of their beach chairs and umbrella for a relaxing time on the beach watching the waves.

The location of the home was perfect. The size and amenities were great and the communication with the property manager was excellent.

We loved the location and the kids loved walking to the beach. The place had almost everything we would want. The only thing keeping this from a full 5 star review is that multiple mornings we would wake up and find ants. After the first morning we made sure not to leave any food out (which is hard with kids) but still continued to have issues throughout our stay. Other than that the stay was great.

What a wonderful vacation. North PB is a lovely neighborhood and a ten minute walk to the beach. If you dont feel like walking to the beach the 2 enclosed grassy yards are just as cool snd comfy. Everything you need is stocked in this home. I will be returning
