The house on Jamaica Court in Mission Beach was beautiful and perfectly placed for our family of 3. We loved being steps from the ocean, food, Belmont park, and little shops. The house itself was gorgeous and immaculate. It was outfitted with everything we needed (washer/dryer, AC, pots/pans, and even a few basic cooking items). Our family will definitely be renting here again in the future!
The only thing that might help is the guidance on how to find the parking spot - we circled a few times before finding the unnamed alley between Isthmus Ct and Jamaica Ct. I dropped a pin at 32°46'24.4"N 117°15'01.4"W in order to more accurately use our GPS to get directly to the "back" of the house, as the address puts you on an undrivable street.
Otherwise, it was a glorious few days in paradise! Thanks!

We rented two units to accommodate our family. Great location to the beach, bay and attractions. Everyone had a great time. The units are clean, had plenty of beach supplies, and very comfortable.

Communication and check in/check out was wonderful! The place is exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of room to spread out. 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms AND A/C in each room is a major plus! Washer and dryer are really nice to have inside the unit.
The garage space is excellent for storage of bikes, paddle boards, beach items etc. As others have mentioned, it is very difficult to park a car larger than small compact due to the narrow alley. There is street parking, just be mindful of the street sweep days.
The outdoor space is fabulous to grill and eat or just lounge! The proximity to both bay and beach is fantastic. 2 minutes to bay and less than 5 to beach. The street is busy but not rowdy. Seems to be mostly families or adults who are all very respectful of neighbors. This rental is on one of the nicer streets in the Mission Beach area. The Belmont Park area is a very short walk away as well but you don't hear any of the noise of all that activity! Would definitely return!

It usually takes me a while to relax while on vacation, but here I was able to relax almost immediately. The location is fantastic for a beach vacation. The traffic in the area is very mellow so walking to the beach and shops with my 4 kiddos (all 10 and under) was super easy and safe. The bay is literally your back yard, I didn’t even have to put shoes on to walk down there, and it is so serene and great for children to splash around in safely without so much of the danger of the strong ocean waves. The ocean was great too though! The vibe at this beach is so fun and there are so many people everywhere enjoying life having a great time. We walked to Belmont amusement park, and found an awesome playground on the way. Super easy drive to the Zoo from here. Target is nearby, I got my groceries delivered for $10 which made the stay that much easier and relaxing. Super cozy apartment, snug so don’t over do it with the guest count. Sheets, kitchen bathrooms were very clean!

The unit is in a great location. I wanted to do water sports and it’s only a 5 minute walk to rent kayaks, paddle boards etc in the bay. I think it’s a pretty good value considering the location to everything which is very walkable. If you are traveling with a partner, it might be a little tight space wise for more than a few days. If you’re solo it’s a pretty great option.

We loved this place! Cute, modern, clean property with an amazing patio and in a great location! Steps from the bay and a very short walk to the beach! Highly recommend!

Overall this location is perfect. Short walk to beach, Belmont Park and cute neighborhood coffee, restaurants and market. All 3 units on property were booked and parking is VERY tight. Fortunately all neighbors were nice and thoughtful of shared areas. Couch bed is more for one person, we had 6 and fit perfect. Could not locate any extra sheets for couch, would recommend.In unit washer and dryer extremely helpful.No AC but fans and plenty of windows allowing coastal breeze was perfect, never uncomfortable. Overall, all of your beach vacation needs and wants, highly recommend!

Celebrated my wifes 50th birthday with a July 4th bonus celebration! What stunning views, lots of rooms, clean and spacious. the two story Balcony can be enough to lounge out for days! Would love to come back for sure!!

Our entire family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at this home. The configuration of the two units was perfectly suited for our needs. We had everything we needed in each unit and the beds were very comfortable.
The house is very conveniently located between Mission Bay and Mission Beach with easy access to both. It was easily within walking distance to Belmont Park and Crystal pier. The Bay side had an excellent new playground for children.
We have rented many different homes on Mission Beach over the past 30 years, but this is the first time we have rented on the Bay side. It has turned out to be one of our favorite homes.

We absolutely loved staying here with our two kids! Walkable to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Great view and came with beach towels, chairs and toys that were perfect for the kids.
