What a beautiful home! Designed simply and clean, relaxing and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Literal 2 block walk to the beach with the easiest garage to park a car. Large couch to sit and chat and outdoor space. Owners checked in on us throughout the trip which was wonderful- though we had no issues!

Being right on the beach was amazing and made for a wonderful vacation. The windows and patio make it feel like you're on the beach even when you're at the house. We had plenty of space for two couples and being able to park in the attached garage made it easy to come and go. Thanks!

This house is just perfect for our family. This was our second year staying in this house. Unbeatable view and surf spot. Easy reservation process and checking in and out. The house has so much charm, to us, it is the perfect beach house. See ya next summer!

This is an adorable little bungalow (almost cabin-like) is perfectly situated near both Dog Beach and Ocean Beach. We were worried that our nervous pup may not adjust, but by day three, she was playing and eating treats, which is a HUGE testament to the comfortability of the property. There is a fenced in area that wraps around the whole property, which included seating, making a perfect outdoor space for us to just chill at home with the dog after she played at the beach. The washer and dryer are a plus, and the house was more stocked than most of the places we have rented.
A few things to consider - If you hate airplane or firework noise, this place is not your jam. We could time the morning flight path within the week, based on the noise each day, plus the proximity to Sea World made for noise each night. If you are short, or of average height, the top shelves of the kitchen and the master bed are a challenge. Neither challenge would keep me from renting again. Loved this place.

We traveled to the west coast for the first time as a family for my daughter’s soccer tournament and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was very impressive. Very clean, comfortable, well located and the host instructions for check in and out were seamless. Would definitely return to this property if we return to the San Diego area.

Our family vacation was so fun. We loved the closeness of the bay for paddle boarding. We saw so many stingrays. We also loved the closeness to the “wavy beach.” Boogie boarding; making a 6foot deep sand hole and then filling it in. Also a 6 foot dragon, etc.
and having the equipped kitchen for cooking family meals. Just an FYI that there are lots of stairs. But then we saw the Sea World fireworks standing on a corner of the balcony and through one window. Great time

Great house and location. Hard to beat. Description of garage was spot on. Would not recommend anything larger than an Explorer or Hylander.
The beds were GREAT! Great size bathrooms. House was simple, but had what you needed.

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. The patio is such a great area we spent a lot of time just enjoying the sounds of the beach from there. The home makes you feel at home. The beds were comfortable, ample supplies. Would strongly suggest this property.

The house on Jamaica Court in Mission Beach was beautiful and perfectly placed for our family of 3. We loved being steps from the ocean, food, Belmont park, and little shops. The house itself was gorgeous and immaculate. It was outfitted with everything we needed (washer/dryer, AC, pots/pans, and even a few basic cooking items). Our family will definitely be renting here again in the future!
The only thing that might help is the guidance on how to find the parking spot - we circled a few times before finding the unnamed alley between Isthmus Ct and Jamaica Ct. I dropped a pin at 32°46'24.4"N 117°15'01.4"W in order to more accurately use our GPS to get directly to the "back" of the house, as the address puts you on an undrivable street.
Otherwise, it was a glorious few days in paradise! Thanks!
