We love this house! Third year and we have it twice this summer! Surf Style has always taken care of our rentals! Pros!

We booked fairly last minute The Shores 8. A lovely 3 bedroom home in La Jolla shores that served our family and my brother in laws family for a brief respite in San Diego. The place was in stellar condition. More like a staged home than a vacation rental. Location, quality, and amenities (such as the two car garage and full laundry facilities) made for a perfect place to stay. We were also able to get a slight discount due to my husbands veteran status which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend. And if my eldest goes to UCSD well definitely be back.

Excellent location, easy walk to beach and bay. It was an easy walk to Belmont park. We had both the upstairs and downstairs there was plenty of room for all 12 of us. All the beach gear was there, towels, boogie boards, chairs, and sand toys. We will definitely stay there again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous right on the bay. This is the third time we stayed in Mission Bay and we absolutely love it. This is the first time using Surf style and they were very responsive. I just wish the bathtub was cleaned much better and was vacuumed under the couch in the living room floor. We found peanuts underneath the couch, which didn’t make me feel good considering my son has nut allergies and my little dog was the one who found the peanuts, but I would definitely rent this place again absolutely beautiful home.

We loved this place! It was very well appointed and the view was unreal. We saw dolphins and so many sea birds!
There are over 100 (steep) stairs down to the sand, but we still loved the direct access. The main bedroom is very comfortable, but the second bedroom is small and the foldout bed is not the most comfortable. This made it a bit unfair sharing with another couple, but would work well for a kid.
We loved this place and will be back!

We had a group of 10 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 baby, and a dog, and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The shared backyard, the beach toys, and the abundance of parking were a huge bonus. We walked pretty much everywhere and were able to get to the beach every day. If we do a family vacation in San Diego again, we will definitely stay here again!

4 generations of our family gathered at this perfect home and We had a wonderful time. So convenient to everything and layout was perfect for those with limited mobility. Our 3rd year at this location and we love it. Everything was there for our first night and made us comfortable immediately as we were travel weary. Thanks to cleaning crew for the inviting, clean house when we arrived. Only suggestion would be a few more spoons.😂

Had a girls weekend here and the house was perfect. House very clean. Great location. Beautiful view. Easy to walk to restaurants. Quiet and private. Beds were all very comfortable as were the couches. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need. Host even left us coffee, creamer and other goodies which was a very nice surprise. All communication was great.

So happy that we were able to book a week at Nick’s! We watched the renovations of this place a few years ago and were quite pleased. Location is perfect! Just a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes within a few minutes walk. All amenities that you can think of are available in the condo. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a great big couch to lounge. And, the sweetest dogs to greet you morning, noon or night. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!

Great location! 2 blocks from Mission Beach and we could walk out to the bay with ease. Everything was as listed. They had beach chairs and towels for our use. There is a coffee pot. No Keurig, but we didn't need it. Found a place called The Olive , 4 blocks away. Best coffee and breakfast!

What a beautiful home! Designed simply and clean, relaxing and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Literal 2 block walk to the beach with the easiest garage to park a car. Large couch to sit and chat and outdoor space. Owners checked in on us throughout the trip which was wonderful- though we had no issues!
