Everything was perfect and the amenities were great. You can not ask for a better place to stay and the area that surrounded it. To the ease to getting to the beaches and pier and all the Oceanside have! I would recommend to everyone!

The place was amazing, right on the beach, within walking distance of some fantastic food, and our host communicated with us all along the way!

The house was perfect for our family, we have a nineteen year old, a three year and twin two year olds. The location was great, an easy walk to Belmont park, the park by the bay, the beach and the blue palm caffe. Big bedrooms, nice patio out front, and a great bbq. We hope to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our Surf Style property. Perfect location on the beach walk, expansive views of the ocean on both floors, and one of the best equipped and prepared Airbnb homes we've stayed in. We arrived, settled right in, and were immediately Mission Beach people! Mission Beach is wonderful, and this is the best place we've stayed there - can't recommend it enough. The Surf Style team is very responsive and friendly, and we felt looked-after for sure. We'll be back!

We had an amazing long weekend at this home! We did some college tours and enjoyed the January sun! The home was perfect for the family. It had everything we needed and was laid out perfectly. Location was ideal - close to the bay and the beach with tons of options for food. Do pay attention to clearly noted parking details. We rented a mini van and it fit, but it was a tight squeeze. All details were posted in listing, so I knew exactly what to expect, which was very appreciated. We also loved the rooftop deck. We can't wait to return!

Where do I begin? FABULOUS home! So comfy, spacious, well-stocked like crazy good well stocked, so close to Neptune and the beach, I certainly hope that our family can stay here again! Thank you for opening your home to our family!

Amenities - the kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was top notch

Amazing place to stay! Host thought of everything. Right on the beach. Right on the boardwalk. Walking distance to everything. Garage parking. They've got everything for the beach. Collapsible wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, surfboard...all right there.

We are very active when we are on vacation and are rarely in our unit (outside of sleeping and freshing up). This unit provided just that. No frills, king sized bed, full size refridgerator, and decent sized bathroom.
Pros:
- Location is unbeatable. We love Mission/Pacific Beach and this is 1 block off beach.
- Ceiling fan + AC
- never used kitchen, but appeared to have everything for cooking
- easiest check out ever! Only had to put the TV remote away
Cons:
- Would be nice to have another lock on door. having only a deadbolt with a code made us slightly uneasy. (hopefully the code is switched every booking)
- Clean, not the cleanest. There was some hair in the shower and the ceiling fan had a coat of visible dust
- curtains are not darkened. would be a problem for those who like sleeping in
- Other than automated emails, never heard from anyone. Fine for us, just never experienced a booking like that before
- provided beach chairs, but theyre broken so unusable

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It was actually more spacious than it looks in the pictures, which was a great surprise. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out simple. We really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel cozy. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!
