It was perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the staying just a few steps from the beach and the general beach community vibe of the mission beach area. Having a parking spot at the rental was awesome.

Amazing location. The neighborhood was quiet yet assessable to everything. The home was clean (air filters were dirty but we took care of that- we’re sensitive to allergies) and had everything we needed to cook, keep the house tidy and be very comfortable. All the rooms had ceiling fans! And there was ample lights throughout the house. The fenced front/back yard was a huge plus with our doggy. Kitchen was stocked with everything necessary- I cooked most of our meals.

We had a great Father's Day weekend! The rental was clean, had everything we needed to grill on the patio, and quick walk to the ocean and bay.

The property was in an ideal location. Everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation was in walking distance. The property managers were extremely responsive to our needs after we arrived and found a few small things that needed attention. Communication was great from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The pictures perfectly represent the house and the bunk room was a hit! Spacious patio where we enjoyed dinners and morning coffee. Place was easy to find and get into and out of easily. Communication with the renters was a breeze and they were always responsive. Great location to walk to beach and bay, and many restaurants, to Belmont, and more. The only ‘downfall,’ and it’s a loose one, is being right on the street; some nights got pretty loud with the cars and people walking by. The fans helped drown out noise and keep the place cool. Would stay here again!

We loved the house and the location was fantastic. The family loved walking to the beach and restaurants. The beach at the shores is the best for swimming and fun in all of San Diego! Also walk to the coves was gorgeous:)

The little blue beach cottage was a wonderful place for a beach vacation. It perfectly accommodated my husband, myself, and our senior dog.
The cottage was cozy, yet felt spacious enough. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials, and although we were at the beach more than the house, the outdoor space was comfortable and a nice place to relax.
We were walkable distance to downtown, which we did frequently. The Wednesday night farmers market was great and the proximity to close dining options and the dog beach was ideal. If we come back to Ocean Beach, we hope to stay in this location again!

This is the third summer we have stayed at this property. We have 14 family members who usually come with us and the three units accommodate everyone very well. The property is clean and well-maintained and the location is perfect! We will be back next summer!

It was a great day and a fantastic venue. We had a great time not only doing the beach, but also doing the bay with the little ones fantastic family location.

Location was great and appreciated the beach gear and in home supplies. View was awesome and even saw dolphins when sitting on the patio. Only downside was the unit above us seemed to have 8 guests that were pretty noisy, but no fault of the rental company.

Nice place and good location. No ac vent in bedroom facing west. Lousy wifi. Could not watch tvs at same time. Took 20 hours to get boogie boards. Maintenance workers were there the 1st hour or so. Priced high for what we compared while in San Diego during our trip.

Loved the place and location. Only complaint was others that were staying on the 3rd floor of the property above us with very small children up early every morning.
