Absolutely lovely property in a great location. Easy access to all of San Diego and a nice walk to Pacific Beach. Very comfortable (great pillows!) and clean. Highly recommended.

We rented both units and it was perfect for our large family of 11. Awesome location by the bay with quick walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Willl return!

Perfect location. Walk to Bay or Beach....Plenty of parking. (Even for our family sized vehicles) So many shops, cafes and markets near by. Accomodations were perfect for our 5 families.Kids loved their own sleep loft.The roof top deck was a wonderful place to gather in the evening under the stars.Loved the xlarge table for dining inside, and the kitchen had all we needed when preparing meals.

My stay at the cottage was excellent! It had everything I needed and was so conveniently located. I was sad to leave and would love to return soon!

Perfect stay for wanting to be close to the water as well as shops. Everything is within a few steps to a few blocks away. We parked our car in the designated spots and did not need it again. The beach house was cozy and provided everything we needed. Nice patio to lounge on and also air conditioning inside for the warmer parts of the day. I would recommended!

This flat was absolutely perfect for our stay! We took full advantage of the deck area and the stocked kitchen. It was a 2 block walk from Mission Beach and 3-4 blocks to local markets, liquor store and walk up food stalls. We’ll be back again!!

The location is phenomenal. There are so many wonderful little restaurants and being able to walk out the door and be at the beach was a dream. Having a third bathroom was a major plus and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication was great. The garage is also a major plus.

We spent a lovely week at this Airbnb and were impressed from the start. Everything was spotless upon our arrival, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept soundly each night. The living room furniture was also very inviting, making it easy to relax.
The kitchen was well-stocked with a variety of pots and pans, and we enjoyed preparing breakfast every morning. Little touches like ice cube trays were much appreciated. The bathroom mirrors were a bit tall for me, so I ended up doing my hair in the front room, but it wasn’t a big deal.
Even though people were staying downstairs, we never heard them once. Parking was always easy—there was always a space when we came home. The walk down to the beach was beautiful, and we loved that we could open the windows and double doors to the deck to let in the ocean breeze; it kept the place cool all day and night without needing the AC.
Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay, and I look forward to returning!

This townhome was in a great location, close to the beach, variety of restaurants and watering holes. Home was well-appointed and clean. The garage is a bonus so long as you don’t have a large truck. Overall a great stay.
