Great home with a million dollar view! Easy to communicate with, well appointed, and comfortable!
The stairs down to the beach are not for the faint of heart but the private beach is well worth it!!

We stayed for a long period of time (two months) and it was amazing! 30 seconds from the beach, clean place and helpful hosts. The only downside was the air conditioning made an extremely loud whirring noise - even if it was off, it kept us up at night. Other than that we loved it!

House was perfect for a group trip. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. House was well stocked and plenty of parking which is rare in PB. Would stay here again.

Family vacation in PB. Loved being at walkable distance to the beach and access to boogie boards and surf boards. Walkable to coffee shop, restaurants, and stores. Place was clean with like new appliances and everything else. Glad we found this place! Dog friendly yard-4 paws up rating from our dog!

This place is perfect, from the house to the cleanliness to the proximity to anything you want to do. We’ve stayed here twice and hope to come back next summer. Love it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem is it wasn’t long enough. Check in was easy. For an area where parking is difficult the personal parking space was great. The place was clean and comfortable. The roof top terrace has ocean views with great coastal breezes. We will definitely be back next year. One other thing, you can watch nightly fireworks from Sea World from the roof top.

Location was absolutely perfect. Loved being on the bay and a 5 min walk to the beach. Parking was a little tough, but only on the weekends when it seemed more locals were out. After that, it was very convenient and nearby. We were walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. The host was responsive as well…Will definitely be staying again. .

The property was very nice! It was clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms/showers were nice. It was also awesome that they provided boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys! Overall, a very nice place and we would stay here again.

Very clean! Appears to be a very recent renovation. Less than two minute walk to the beach(maybe 50-60 yards). Maybe a two minute walk to the bay. Partial view of the beach from the roof top patio. Garage for parking. The ONLY issue is the boulevard can be noisy at night, but after 10 not bad. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in short walks. In the middle of everything! Very comfortable stay!

This is a great beach house for large groups. We would definitely stay there again without hesitation. The front patio was delightful. We shared many a card game and a meal around the table.

Great place / home base to enjoy Mission Beach. The inner bay is 1 min walk and the main ocean beach is a 5 minute walk! The home is well equipped to enjoy time there as well - the patios and roof deck are fantastic. Highly recommend.
