I can't say enough good things about South Shore 1. The location is absolutely incredible, especially with dogs and being able to walk them over to the park. The home was clean and easy to access. The kitchen was stocked. I would definitely recommend this home and we look forward to future stays!

We loved the location near dog beach and walking distance to restaurants. The house was immaculate with everything you would need for a nice vacation for 2 and a dog!

Simple and easy check-in. Zero problems while there. Dojo donuts are terrible. Lark & Owl smoothie best ever. Get yr Don Bravo tacos earlier than later.. the line gets long! Our Kids ran around like mad and we all enjoyed the pool and crashed early and woke early. Slept with the windows open nightly and the only disturbance was nightly (nightly!!!) fireworks at Sea World, but my son slept right through it and honestly, not that loud, just weird. Fun walk-in shower where we bathed all the kids after movie-nights. Bathtub big enough for them (or a luxurious adult soak!) as well, with an amazing view of the ocean. Grandparents not pictured, but they loved the room w/ a view!

Windermere Court is peaceful and perfect for accessing the beach and the bay. Great access to Pacific Beach restaurants and bars, but just off the beaten path and secluded from noise from cars and bikes with radios on the boardwalk.

The home was perfect for our family of six. We loved being so close to a unique and beautiful beach. The house was clean and host was responsive to questions.

We had a full house of family and cousins stay here for a few days. The checkin process was easy, the house was in great condition and the backyard was perfect for the kids. The house also has a separate entrance to the upstairs unit which was nice to have distinct living rooms and kitchens for when people wanted to have more of a quiet space.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Der Standort war perfekt. Wenige Schritte zum Strand und in einer sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft.
Parklpatz war vorhanden und es gab keine Probleme. Einfach perfekt um San Diego zu erkunden.

This was a great place to stay and had everything we needed! Communication from SurfStyle was excellent and all important information was given to us before our stay. Location was perfect; right on the bay side but a 5 minute walk to the ocean side. Would stay here again!

Nice 3-bedroom single-story home (NO stairs). Very fitting for guests of 8 or fewer. We stayed 5 days with no issues to speak of. The only thing that may be a challenge is parking for large SUVs. Location is great and within walking distance to everything. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the two condos with our adult children and our 6 grandchildren. It was perfect! Literally steps from the sand, which made it so easy! Restaurants, coffee shops and shops all within short walking distance. The condos were well equipped with beach chairs and beach towels, fans, rollaway beds, baby gate. Nothing fancy….but exactly what you want for the beach. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend.

Staying at this beach house in Leucadia was truly a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the clean and stylish interior, and the peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to all necessary beach supplies. The home is located in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac and walking distance to the beach and so many amazing restaurants. We enjoyed our evenings in the backyard BBQing and roasting s'mores in the fire pit. It was an trie home away from home and we can't wait to return.
