Beautiful home! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. They even had beach chairs and boogie boards available in the garage! Pool was lovely, however, it was cloudy the week we stayed and the pool is not heated, so was too cold for us to enjoy for longer than 10 minutes. This was clearly marked in description so can't complain. Location was great. Super close to Seaworld and Pacific Beach restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this property on our annual trip to visit the area where we lived for many years. The location is great being so close to the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. The house itself was perfect for our family as it was very comfortable, clean and very well stocked with essentials. The balconies were a bonus and we spent most mornings out there drinking coffee together and again in the evenings. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely love to stay again!

Fantastic condo in a great location in Pacific Beach. My husband and daughter stayed for a few days and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, smart tvs, beach chairs, towels,etc. It was a great find and I would definitely stay there again. Nice and clean and spacious.

Avalon 5: Everyone enjoyed the beach houses. We had two side by side houses with a common front porch. We enjoyed the front porch and made use of it as much as possible. It has more than adequate seating, is a good size for dining and card games, and when there's a breeze there is no place better. Since we had a large group and had the two units, we had two refrigerators, stoves and space to take a break. Both units were clean and matched the description provided. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach towels and beach accessories provided. We would definitely return to this property without hesitation. One suggestion: Consider a screen door for 737. 739 has one and it helps to cool down the living room .

Nick’s place is officially our favorite place to stay in North PB! Fantastic for dogs, especially if they like to swim at the beach. Incredibly clean, perfectly designed and close to everything you need in PB. Plus, Nick is very helpful and a really nice guy. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks for everything Nick!

This was a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described and shown in the listing. Check in and check out were seamless, wifi worked well, it was easy to find, and in a great part of town. It was incredibly clean and we had zero issues. I highly recommend this place, we would stay here again!

We loved our stay! The home is in a prime location in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of great food and great surf spots. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved relaxing in the beautiful backyard as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some great meals. I'd highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be staying here again.
