Incredible location close to the beach, restaurants and stores! We were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was — one of the best we’ve rented.

Location was exactly as described. Very nice unit for myself and two children. The beach and boardwalk were a minute away. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a bonus. Highly recommended! !

My family and I enjoyed spent 5 nights at 816 Santa Barbara Place. The unit was spacious and tidy and in wonderful walking proximity to the beach and other venues like Belmont Park. The kitchen was immaculate and just as it was displayed in the online photos. Really appreciate the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys in the unit for us to bring to the beach.
I sincerely appreciate the responsiveness of the Surf Style team with our questions and couple requests. All in all, we had a very nice family vacation and would absolutely book this unit again in the future.

Wonderful location right on Bayside Walk. Peaceful and quiet compared to Oceanside. Only downside, Bring a SMALL car. the Parking space is SHORT

The house was right on the bay so location was great. Our young kids were able to kayak and paddle board on the calm bay. It’s a short walk to the beach/ ocean for boogie boarding. Our family had a wonderful time!

We rented a home-Tidal Wave 1, in Pacific Beach. It was a cozy, 3 bedroom house with one bath and a fenced yard with firepit. Very convenient, just 2 blocks from the beach! Easy to go back and forth and surprisingly-parking by the beach was really easy and available so we could bring down our surfboards/chairs/cooler/umbrella and camp out on the beach the entire day which is what we needed! The house is small but when you are at the beach, you don't spend too much time there and also-the outdoor area really adds some space. Surf Style was great about communicating and when the ice maker was not working they even delivered ice and a gift card to a local coffee shop! Things break in homes all the time-it's not a Property Managment company's fault but it is how they deal with it-and they were responsive and professional in every way. Would definitely rent from them again! HIghly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at our Surf Style home in Mission Beach. We were very thankful for all the beach gear it had for us to use (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). The location was a perfect 2 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk and short walk to many restaurants and bars. The compay responded quickly and communicated well.

This home was the perfect location—just steps from both the bay and the beach! We loved how convenient it was and that it had most of the essentials we needed. It made cooking, grilling, and making family memories so simple and enjoyable. Providing beach necessities such as a wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards was a big plus.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The house was just as described. Great beach front location and within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Surf Style was very communicative, gave great instructions, and made sure everything was good after checking in. We loved just sitting outside and watching all the Mission beach activity. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place with a great location. Lots of room. Walked to the beach every day and walked to La Jolla Cove. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have a pull out couch. We did not cook but the kitchen was fully stocked. Easy to coordinate with the unit below on parking. We parked on the street the first few days and then the downstairs unit parked on the street the next few days.

3 people on a trip for a few days and the living space was perfect. Double bed was very comfy however I’m not sure the sofa bed would’ve been big enough for 2 people. 4 people would’ve been a squeeze.
Amazing outdoor area to dry off any wet clothes from the beach as well as the outdoor shower to rinse sand. Kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could think of !
The location was perfect ! 7 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the main PB town.
The area can be noisy at times with early morning bin collections and guests upstairs as ceiling felt paper thin at times.

We've stayed here before and it continues to amaze. The house is clean. The location is perfect. We have a toddler in our group so the fact that it's one story is perfect for us. We'll be back again.

Everything was great from the easy check in to the easy check out. The place was spotless and everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked and organized. Bonus for the separate a/c in each room, everyone could tailor their room to their desired temperature. Easy access to the beach and Belmont Park.
