This was my second time staying at the Sunset Beach property. The location is an A+. The Leucadia neighborhood is the perfect place to get away from it all in a laid-back beach community. This home is well-appointed and clean. It's small, but it's perfect for 1-2 adults and 1-2 small children. The steps down to the beach are steep, so be forewarned. I had no issues at all, so kudos to the staff for keeping things well managed. Hopefully I'll be back at this property in the future.

Great spot , right next to the beach perfect for a beach stay. Quiet area, the house has towels and all the necessities. Great ac and fans. Overall perfect experience.

Wonderful place.

After a couple days of experiencing this property it hit us, this is NOT set up like a rental property, but rather a home. The touches in construction, appliances, well thought out spaces, accoutrements, the bedding, etc. were outstanding. Kudos to the owners for providing such an elevated vacation experience in Mission Beach. The Patio is tremendous for dining and watching the world go by on the Boardwalk; and the firepit was a major highlight each night for our family to gather and conversate. The beach location is spectacular - plenty away from the retail "action" yet enough activity on the Boardwalk and on the beach. Having lifeguard tower 17 nearby was a great asset while having a couple young kids. The two-car garage is legit - easily handled parking two cars, while creating enough space to store beach items; and the washer/dryer is a big asset for beach life.

My daughter and I did a mommy-and-me trip and chose this place for its beachfront location. The views were amazing! It’s just far enough from Belmont Amusement Park and the busier tourist areas that our beach felt peaceful and uncrowded. The unit was very clean, with modern, minimalist styling that made it feel fresh and relaxing. The kitchen was brand new, though I’d suggest adding a few basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Each unit also came with beach chairs and boogie boards, which was such a nice touch. One thing to note: the “master bedroom” doesn’t have an en suite bathroom, while the room with two beds does. Also just a heads-up that the downstairs neighbor has two dogs that do bark at times. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food and activities nearby, plus a cute coffee shop just steps away. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a fantastic time! The unit was clean and parking was great. We were only a 3 minute walk from the beach. The bed was so comfortable. A great little market was right around the corner for all our needs. We will definitely be vacationing here again!!

Really enjoyed our stay here, easy instructions, clean beautiful home, great amenities, and best of all the location was walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Made many great family memories here thank you!

We had a great stay! Two beaches are easily accessible (2 min walking) and the house is as described. Professionally managed and family friendly. Would recommend if you’d like to stay in the Mission Beach area.

This property is located in the perfect location: steps to the beach, great restaurants, and so many fun things to do. The photos are accurate, and that view of the beach is remarkable. It was our first time taking a true vacation with both of our young kids, and we felt safe, secure, and well taken care of while staying here.
