Repeat customers, stay here every time we vacation in San Diego. The unit is perfect for my husband and I. Close walk or bike ride to everything and unit is clean with comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Just had the best mini vacation before our 7 yo starts school tomorrow. Stayed 4 nights and could have definitely stayed more. The house is BEAUTIFUL. It's large, well kept, and very organized. It has everything you'd need and want for a relaxing and majestic vacation with your family or friends. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the house was fun and wonderful. The private pool was amazing (heated so perfect temp to swim in at night and in morning). We walked to the beach each day and the drive to a nice swimming beach was only 5 minutes. Highly recommend drinking your morning coffee on the balcony and ordering or making dinner and eating it on the balcony during sun set. We spent a full day at the house on Saturday (no going out or beach time) and it was incredible. The ping pong table board games offered endless fun and each tv has different streaming platforms you can put on when the kids need a break (and the parents too :) ). The stairs in the house were really kid-friendly in my opinion. My 2 year old walked up and down the stairs really easily and safely with the railings. Never felt concerned about falling down the stairs. We ordered our own groceries and made breakfast and lunch each day in the HUGE kitchen. Another enjoyable aspect was the bamboo outside that you could enjoy while eating a meal at the dining room table. OH - and the house offers surf boards and boogies boards, beach umbrellas, towels, and beach toys for guests and we used it all!

Amazing stay! The house has everything you need and in a prime location - and they even left toys and baby stuff for us to use. Will def be back!

The home was well stocked (kitchen / Bathrooms). The beds and main living area furniture was very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of window covering for the large sliding door which made the kitchen / living room very hot and bright during the late afternoon. Once the sun set, the area was amazing. The patio was very large and full of places to sit / lounge.

We LOVED the location, the access to the bay and the beach. Having the parking spot was with gold! We would stay here over and over!!!!

This spot was perfect for my wife and I. Steps from the beach. Super quiet. We parked the car and the car didn’t move for three days. Everything is walkable. The Olive Cafe is right around the corner for coffee. Mr’s B’s for dinner. We’ll be back.

We had a great time in San Diego. The house is in an excellent location and is of a very high standard. Just one minute to the beach and short walk to shops and a great place for breakfast. The views are stunning. Overall, excellent!

We had a great stay at this home in Encinitas. It was an extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need down to the Brita in the refrigerator. The home was perfectly provisioned for what you would need to be at a home on the beach as well. The views clearly steal the show here, but the home in an of itself is ideally laid out and accented. Direct access to the beach down the back steps is a huge plus. The house is positioned nearly in the middle of two public beach access points, so in the quieter stretch of Neptune Ave. which we really appreciated. (not that there is a noisy area! but more traffic around the the beach access on busier days)
A great place to decompress. This is the type of living that is so memorable about Encinitas from years ago. Chill, therapeutic.

Nice place. Good location for us. Fences in yard for our little dog. The garage is a nice addition also.

This house is so charming! The view is absolutely unbeatable.
The upstairs bed we used was super comfy and the place was clean
It’s clearly a rental but attention has been paid where it matters. Ample kitchen tools, nice big beach towels and great beach supplies and board games.
We loved the outdoor shower. It’s so useful coming back from the beach.
One thing I really wish I checked prior. The beach itself doesn’t allow dogs but we found that our well mannered guy was left alone early and late.
Also, and this is weird but there’s a train that barrels through the town multiple times per day and through the night blaring its horn.
Our dog was terrified of it so it took us all a full day and night before settling it but amazingly after the first night we slept through it.

Great location, lots of coffee and food within walking distance. Only downside was no AC

Loved the location. Nice interiors. They provided boogie boards too.
