Parking is great! This area doesn’t have enough parking, so to have a spot just for us was amazing! The place was very clean, no sand on the floor at all! The linens were clean with no stains. It was great having beach chairs and beach towels! A lot of places don’t provide these. We would highly recommend! Having a/c was a big plus, it got up to 90* while we were there!

We absolutely loved our stay. Despite the lack of AC, it kept quite cool especially with extra heavy duty fan they provided. The location is ideal for a beach getaway. Because it’s so centralized, the noise level on the weekend can get a bit loud, but during the week, it was super quiet. Host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend.

The home was perfect for our family of four. Centrally located in Leucadia with walking distance to wonderful restaurants and coffee shops (little uphill coming back). The view from the house and the multiple decks is as good as you will find in all of San Diego. We spent most of our time and all of our meals on the patio decks. It is also one of only a handful of homes on the water with its own stairway to the sand. It's roughly 125 steps down the bluff but direct and private access to the beach was amazing. Kitchen was very well appointed, accommodations were comfy and correspondence with the host was fantastic. My son and I surf and it was only a short walk to Beacons to enjoy some great waves. The host also provides a variety of beach chairs, boogie boards and a few soft top surfboards to enjoy in the water. We VRBO quite often and this is definitely near the top, if not the top. You will not be disappointed.

Had a lovely vacation in Mission Beach. Surf Style was very informative and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Very refreshing!

Third time staying in the area with our dog. Love walkability and proximity to Dog Beach, shops and restaurants. Inside is on the small side but ok for 2 adults and a 50-pound dog. Parking was challenging especially with a large vehicle on the weekend. On Saturday, we had to park 2 blocks away. But overall had a great time.

We had a great time at this rental right on Mission Beach. It was clean, as shown in pics, functioning and well maintained. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach rentals. We would stay again.

The place was perfect for us! We saw a lot of your other properties as we walked on the boardwalk so next time we’ll choose one of them!! Two quick things the AC unit in bdrm starting leaking Monday so we stopped using it. I was very happy with all the appliances and kitchenware. Very clean and well apportioned home ! The location steps from the beach, restaurants and shops was amazing.

This is a great place for a weekend getaway. The location is the best part, right on the bay and about a block away from the beach. Lots of walkable restaurants and the area felt safe. My only complaint would be that you need to turn one street before maps instructs you to in order to get to the parking space as they are one way streets. We would definitely stay again!

Top notch customer service.

Incredibly private and spacious. Walked to the sunset every night and stopped to get a glass of wine or dinner on the way home. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect family reunion and 90th birthday celebration with 4 generations in this beautiful space. This is a wonderfully located property. Close to the beach, coffee shops, sports bars, grocery stores....loads of things within walking distance and 15 mins to Costco. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The management was very responsive to our questions and requests. We couldn't have hoped for more!

Great spot just off the main beach walkway which allowed for more privacy and quiet. I went with 4 littles and a baby. There was plenty of room, ac worked great. Beds were all comfortable to my liking (on the softer side 😁). Ease of check out was a highlight of this property. We'll likely be back or try another property under this management group.

Excellent location. Clean unit. Comfortable bed. It was perfect for me and my hubby for a few days.
Listing did say that this unit did not come with parking. Downside it was difficult to find parking on the holiday weekend. 🤪

Amazing location… in between Mission and Pacific Beach. Beds were very comfortable and well equipped. Bathrooms were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The views from the balconies were amazing. Will stay here again!
