Beautiful balconies. Ocean just a 5-minute walk. Many beach items in the 2-car garage. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Just perfect!

A lovely stay. Perfect for two and a pup. Very walkable to Windansea Beach, a grocery store, and a few restaurants. Also very easy area to drive in with little traffic. There is no A/C as the listing says, but that was not an issue with the provided fans, opening the windows, and the coastal breeze. We didn't use much of the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked. Ample towels and shower soap provided. Good water pressure. Ample closet space with hangers. The garage is small and will fit a sedan, including the Nissan Versa we rented. I wouldn't feel too comfortable squeezing in a larger vehicle. Street parking is free and well utilized along the neighborhood streets so finding a spot may take some time, but is doable. The area is quiet at night and has standard neighborhood noises during the day and evening.

Well equipped kitchen, it has everything you could possibly need. Main bedroom bed was so cozy! Soft cushy bedding and comfortable mattress. Large main closet. Basically a well equipped house and clean pool in a convenient location and nice neighborhood.

The ocean view was such a nice surprise! The property looked EXACTLY like the pictures. Bright, clean, and the view was great. The location was perfect for us to walk to multiple beaches and restaurants. Our pups enjoyed the stay, too!The kitchen was well equipped and the property had plenty of extra linens. The neighborhood was nice and I felt secure walking the dogs in the area at night. The host was VERY responsive to emails, I have no doubt that if I had had any issues while staying they would have been handled immediately. I'm already planning my trip back, La Jolla is amazing and this was a great place to stay!

Great location for us. Lower unit was ample in size to hold all of us for dinners and socializing. We had 3 units rented and at times 10-13 guest from time to time.

Just as expected. The place was as described and like the pictures. Had all the essentials like toiletries for our stay. We were able to park our rental Honda minivan easily. We bbq'd a few times on the roof top and used the fire pit. Everything worked. We never had to contact host. Enjoyed our stay and location was perfect. Steps away from the beach and nearby restaurants.

Wonderful units with plenty of room for your guest. Large parking garage for all units and usually 2 spaces for each unit (might be tight if you have a large car still). Plenty of pots and pans but may not be located where you think they should be so look around and put them in your preferred location.

There was so much we loved about this nicely appointed home- our family (all adults now) agreed this was the best beach house we have stayed in. The views from the living areas large windows were stunning. We used every terrace level and especially spent a lot of time on the lowest deck. 5 of us surf and this is such a nice break especially for long boards and the crowd in the water were very chill. We loved the interior courtyard at night to sit by the beautiful fire pit on comfy couches while having drinks and appetizers or grilling up dinner. Great dining on State St nearby or Prager Bros for freshly baked breads, pastries and pizzas, if you want to bring something home. We will definitely be back 🥰

This house is so charming! The view is absolutely unbeatable. The upstairs bed we used was super comfy and the place was clean It’s clearly a rental but attention has been paid where it matters. Ample kitchen tools, nice big beach towels and great beach supplies and board games. We loved the outdoor shower. It’s so useful coming back from the beach. One thing I really wish I checked prior. The beach itself doesn’t allow dogs but we found that our well mannered guy was left alone early and late. Also, and this is weird but there’s a train that barrels through the town multiple times per day and through the night blaring its horn. Our dog was terrified of it so it took us all a full day and night before settling it but amazingly after the first night we slept through it.

Surf Style Vacation Homes are the best great customer service and great properties our vacation was so much fun I like that almost all their homes r at the beach so convenient thank you so much definitely keeping them for next trip thank you!

Fun location with ez access to both bay and beach. Having a garage was great to keep the SUPS and the SUV in.
